Creating your account
Sign up with email, verify it, and you are ready to book or list.
Sign up
- Click Sign up in the header.
- Choose I''m looking to book (customer) or I''m a vendor.
- Enter your email and a password of at least eight characters.
- Open the verification email and click the link.
Verify your email
New accounts must confirm their email address before booking or publishing. If the message has not arrived after a few minutes, check spam, then request a new link from the sign-in page.
Forgotten password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. You will get a reset link that stays valid for one hour.
Changing your details
Name, phone, photo, language and notification preferences all live in your dashboard under Settings. Your email address is used for booking confirmations, so keep it current.
