Platform fees and commissions
What findit.hk takes, and when.
Booking fee
A platform fee is deducted from each completed booking. The rate depends on your plan — higher plans pay less — and is always shown on the booking before payout.
Finder commission
If a booking came through a finder, their commission is deducted as well. The split is shown on the transaction.
Payment processing
Card and wallet processing is charged by our payment provider and included in the fee breakdown, not billed separately.
Subscriptions
Plan fees are billed monthly or annually to your card, separate from payouts.
Refunds
When a booking is refunded, the platform fee is reversed proportionally.
