Booking an appointment
Choose a practitioner and slot, then submit. Healthcare appointments are approved by the provider rather than confirmed instantly. You will be asked for the reason for the visit and whether you are a new patient.
Insurance
Providers list the insurers they accept, and you can filter by insurer.
Patient profiles
Under My health you keep your conditions, allergies, medications and documents. You choose which providers can see it, and access can be withdrawn at any time. Providers only ever see the records of patients who have granted access.
Clinical notes
Practitioners keep structured notes per appointment. Notes are visible to the practice, never to other vendors, and never public.
