How long does approval take?
Usually within one business day.
When do I get paid?
After the booking is completed, via Stripe Express — typically two business days to a Hong Kong bank account.
Can I take bookings without connecting Stripe?
You can receive them, but funds are held until your payout account is connected.
Can I offer free bookings?
Yes, within limits. Free and reservation-only bookings are capped per period to stop the model being used to avoid fees.
Can I list in more than one category?
Your account is tied to one primary category. Contact support if your business genuinely spans two.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Export your clients and bookings to CSV whenever you like.
What happens if I cancel a booking?
The customer is refunded in full and your cancellation rate is recorded. Repeated cancellations affect ranking.
