Cancellations and refunds
How to cancel, and when you get your money back.
Cancelling
Open the booking in your dashboard and choose Cancel. You will see the refund amount before you confirm.
Policies are set by the vendor
Each listing shows its policy. The common shapes are:
- Flexible — full refund up to 24 hours before.
- Moderate — full refund up to 48 hours before, 50% after that.
- Strict — non-refundable once confirmed.
Vendor cancellations
If a vendor cancels, you are refunded in full automatically and notified straight away.
Timing
Refunds return to the original payment method. Cards usually take five to ten business days; Alipay and WeChat Pay are typically faster.
Event tickets
Tickets follow the organiser''s refund rules and may allow transfer or resale instead of a refund.
