Rate a vendor after your booking and help the next person choose.
When you can review
Reviews unlock once a booking is marked complete, so every review on findit.hk comes from a real transaction.
What you rate
An overall star rating plus criteria that fit the category — for example punctuality and value for Services, cleanliness and facilities for Fitness, communication and accuracy for Property.
Anonymous reviews
You can post under your first name or anonymously. Anonymous reviews never expose your name, photo or contact details to anyone, including the vendor.
Vendor replies
Vendors may reply once per review. Replies are public.
Editing and removing
You can edit a review for seven days. After that, contact support if something is wrong. We remove reviews that contain personal data, abuse or spam.
