How to make a booking
From listing to confirmation in four steps.
The flow
- Open a listing and choose your date and time, or a package if the vendor sells them.
- Add any extras — rental items, add-ons, or extra guests.
- Review the price breakdown. All prices are shown in HKD and include platform fees.
- Pay, or send a request if the vendor reviews bookings manually.
Confirmed vs pending
- Instant confirmation listings are confirmed the moment payment succeeds.
- Request listings go to the vendor, who accepts or declines. You are not charged until they accept.
- Enquiry-only listings, such as property viewings, start a conversation instead of a booking.
After booking
Your booking appears under Bookings in your dashboard with the vendor''s contact details, location, any meeting link, and your QR code where check-in applies.
