Memberships explained

What it is

A membership charges on a repeating schedule and grants ongoing entitlements: unlimited classes, a monthly session allowance, member pricing or priority booking.

Billing

Weekly, monthly or annual. Renewal is automatic; failed payments retry and the member is warned before access pauses.

Member controls

Members pause, resume or cancel from their dashboard, and see the next billing date and what is included.

Vendor controls

Set tiers, entitlements, joining fees, minimum terms and whether cancellation is immediate or end-of-period. The clients view shows active, paused and lapsed members.

Packages or memberships?

Packages suit occasional buyers; memberships suit habitual attendance. Many studios sell both.
