Packages explained

What it is

A package lets a vendor sell several sessions or services as one purchase. The customer pays up front and redeems over time.

Types

• Fixed sessions — ten classes, five cleans
• Time-based — twenty hours to use as you like
• Combo — different services bundled, including across vendors
• Tiered — bronze, silver, gold with different inclusions

For customers

Your balance shows in the dashboard: sessions remaining and expiry date. Booking against a package deducts one session; a cancelled booking restores it.

For vendors

Build packages in the Package Builder, choose which listings they redeem against, set validity, and track outstanding sessions.

Why use them

Predictable income up front and higher retention. Customers get a better per-session price.
