Connect Stripe Express and understand the payout schedule.
Connect your payout account
Payouts run through Stripe Express, and it is the only way to receive money on findit.hk. Open Vendor portal > Payouts and click Connect. You will confirm your identity and your Hong Kong bank details with Stripe; findit.hk never sees your bank credentials.
Until you connect
You can list and take bookings, but funds are held. Nothing is lost — they release once onboarding is complete.
How money flows
The customer pays the full amount. The platform fee and any finder commission are deducted, and the remainder is transferred to your Stripe account.
Timing
Funds settle after the booking is completed, then follow your Stripe payout schedule — typically two business days to a Hong Kong bank account.
Statements
Payouts shows every transfer with the bookings behind it, plus downloadable invoices for your accountant.
