What moderation checks, and what to do if a listing is rejected.
Why we review
Every new listing is checked before it goes live. It keeps quality high and protects customers from misleading offers.
What we check
- The listing matches its category and subcategory
- Photos are genuine and free of contact details
- Pricing is clear and in HKD
- Any regulated claims are backed by a licence — EAA number for property agents, professional registration for healthcare
Timing
Most listings are reviewed within one business day.
If a listing is rejected
You get the reason in your dashboard and by email. Fix the issue and resubmit; there is no limit on resubmissions, though repeated rejections for the same reason trigger a short cooldown.
Edits after approval
Small edits go live immediately. Changes to price model, category or licence details are re-reviewed.
