Weekly hours

Set the days and hours you accept bookings. Each listing can inherit your default hours or use its own.

Blocked slots

Block a date range for holidays, or a single slot for something already booked elsewhere. Blocked time never appears to customers.

Lead time and notice

• Minimum notice stops last-minute bookings you cannot serve.
• Booking window limits how far ahead people can book.
• Buffer adds travel or reset time between bookings.

Slot length

Hourly services use slot length to build the time grid. Daily services use whole days. Classes and sessions use their own schedule — see Class schedules.

Next available date

Listings show the next date you are actually free, so keep the calendar current. An empty calendar means an empty booking page.
