Managing bookings
Accept, decline, reschedule and complete.
The bookings board
Bookings in your dashboard groups everything by status: pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled. Filter by listing, date or customer.
Accepting and declining
Request-based bookings sit as pending until you act. Customers are not charged until you accept. Declining releases the slot immediately.
Instant bookings
Listings with instant confirmation arrive already confirmed and paid. Your job is to deliver them.
Rescheduling
Propose a new time from the booking; the customer confirms. Both sides get updated confirmations and calendar entries.
Completing
Mark bookings complete when the work is done. Completion releases payout and unlocks the customer''s review.
Specialised dashboards
Events, Experiences, Fitness and Learn have their own dashboards with schedules and rosters. The main bookings board still shows everything in one place.
