Report a listing
Every listing has a Report option. Tell us what is wrong: misleading description, wrong category, fake photos, or a licence claim you doubt. Reports are reviewed by moderators, not by the vendor.
Report a message
If a vendor or customer asks you to pay off-platform, sends abuse, or requests personal data they do not need, report the thread. We flag off-platform payment requests automatically, but a report gets a human involved.
Safety
Never pay outside findit.hk, never share ID documents in chat, and meet in a public place for first viewings where you can.
What happens next
We investigate, and you get an outcome. Serious breaches lead to listing removal, account suspension and, where relevant, referral to the appropriate Hong Kong authority.
