1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website findit.hk (the "Website") and the services provided through it (the "Services"), operated by WEDIDIT LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong.

1.2 By accessing or using the Website and/or Services, you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or Services.

2. Definitions

2.1 In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

(c) notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.

5.1 You may access and use the Website in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 You agree to use the Website and Services lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Website by, any third party.

5.3 Prohibited Activities. You must not:

(a) post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory content;

(e) data mine, scrape, or harvest any Content from the Website without our prior written consent;

6. Vendor Listings

6.1 Vendors may list services on the Website for customers to browse and book.

6.2 By listing a service, you represent and warrant that:

(a) you are the rightful owner of the Content you post or have obtained all necessary rights and consents;
(b) all information provided in your listing is complete, accurate, and truthful;
(c) you have the legal right and capacity to provide the service you are offering;
(d) the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

6.3 Vendors are solely responsible for:

(a) the accuracy and completeness of their listings;
(b) the quality and delivery of the services they provide;
(c) compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with their services;
(d) any taxes, fees, or charges applicable to their services.

7. Bookings and Payments

7.1 Customers may book services listed by Vendors through the Website.

7.2 All bookings and transactions are between the Customer and the Vendor. The Company acts as a platform facilitating connections between Vendors and Customers and is not a party to any service agreement between them.

7.3 The Company does not:

(a) guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services listed;
(b) endorse any Vendor or service;
(c) warrant that any Customer will pay for services booked.

7.4 Payments made through the Website are processed by third-party payment service providers. We are not responsible for any payment processing errors or failures.

7.5 Test/Demo Accounts. Demo accounts are provided for testing purposes only. Demo accounts are shared and all data resets to the original data every 2 hours. Transactions made through demo accounts are for testing only and are not binding.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All Content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 You may not:

(a) reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Content without our prior written consent;
(b) use our trademarks, logos, or trade names without our prior written consent.

8.3 By submitting Content to the Website (including listings, reviews, and comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that Content in connection with the Website and Services.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 The Website and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations regarding:

(a) your use or inability to use the Website or Services;

(c) any transactions or interactions between Vendors and Customers;
(d) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
(e) any conduct or Content of any third party on the Website.

10.2 Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Hong Kong law.

11. Indemnification

11.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
