One scanner pattern across Events, Fitness and Learn.
What it is
Every ticket, class booking and lesson booking carries a unique QR code. Scanning it marks attendance.
Where it is used
- Events — scan tickets at the door; the attendee list updates live
- Fitness — scan at reception; one class credit is deducted
- Learn — scan at the start of a lesson; one package session is deducted
Scanning
Open the scanner in the relevant dashboard and point your phone camera at the code. It works on any modern phone browser — no app.
Safeguards
Codes are single-use per booking, tied to the correct date and vendor, and rejected if already used, cancelled or out of window.
No phone?
Search the attendee or member by name in the same screen and check them in manually.
